At first, I made a couple of things for myself but I soon realised that I really enjoyed designing and making the jewellery and wanted to make more. I showed my family and friends some of the things I had made and they were soon asking me to make them something. I then decided to create Rahrar so that I could sell my jewellery online.

The name Rahrar comes from a name that my auntie used to call my mum when they were younger. I thought the name was cute and quirky - just like some of the jewellery I make. Also my name begins with R and I thought having my initial in the name was a nice personal touch.

I live in Cornwall and I design some of my jewellery with inspiration from the stunning landscapes and beautiful views. It is a gorgeous place to live and I plan to design and make many more Cornish inspired items. A range from charming and elegant to fun and quirky - something for everyone.
